We feel so much of modern life is unnecessarily complicated, so we strive to provide a simple and uncomplicated approach to all aspects of the industry

Machinery

State of the art CAD CAM machinery & premium materials

Rather than relying on outsourcing for our restorations, we have invested significantly in the machinery required to produce every stage in-house. We scan models produced from your traditional impressions (Intra-Oral scans are welcome) and design the restorations on incredibly clever software. Our designers are knowledgeable dental technicians too – not engineering industry CAD CAM designers…

The design is milled in an extremely accurate five axis Zirkon Zahn mill with automatic tool wear control. We individually colour each restoration and sinter it in state of the art computer-controlled Nabertherm furnaces.

All refining stages and finishing is completed by a qualified dental technician – combining art, science and technology in a uniquely symbiotic process born of informed experience and passion. This is not push-button dentistry!
